Dtmoen13 Posted February 5, 2017 Share Posted February 5, 2017 I'm now on day 7, but on day 4 I made a salad dressing with white vinegar and primal kitchen chipotle mayo. I put a tablespoon of the white vinegar in, mixed it all together and dipped my finger in to taste. A while later I looked at the back of the vinegar and to my horror it said "distilled vinegar from corn". Good lord I had no idea this was even a thing...I've read all the restart articles and lots of the forum questions but am still having an internal struggle if I really need to start over. I'm emotionally freaking out at the thought of starting over and have been really stressing out about it, but want to respect the integrity of the program.
