Starting tomorrow Feb 6th!

Hi all!  So I did the Whole 30 successfully last year in January (and felt great) only to fall back slowly to my bad habits.  Sugar is my demon.  And bread.  I'm 47, 6 ft tall and 175 lbs.  I want to lose weight of course but I also just want to feel better, healthier.  My husband is an organic farmer so about 50% of time we eat really well, pastured meats only, all organic vegetables.  But my daughter and I don't live on the farm full time so we don't always follow those rules and back in the city we tend to order out a lot or eat out a lot.  I HATE TO COOK!  Which is a huge bummer for me.  But I have found other ways through Pre Made Paleo and Paleo on the Go so that I don't have to cook all the time.

The hardest part of this for me is that I travel a lot for work.  So I'm flying to Mexico once a month where it's often hard to find a healthy meal.  Any suggestions send them on.  And hopefully I can do this!!!  I am totally committed which is why I'm writing on a forem for the first time in my life!  Fingers crossed and good luck to everyone else!
