Laura Jo Posted February 6, 2017 Share Posted February 6, 2017 Just finished my first full week of my first W30 program, and I am feeling pretty pumped!! I have made and eaten things that I never thought I would - and I am pretty savvy in the kitchen. So far, my energy has been higher than normal, and I am "more bubbly than usual." I haven't had many side effects at all. I did have a headache one day, but otherwise it's been good. I have survived the trifecta: 1) large reception, 2) eating out, and 3) Sunday lunch st Grandma's (add birthday party). I brought my own things to eat, fielded a few questions, and didn't bat an eye at those angel Bavarian or honeybun cakes. I can't wait to see what this next week has in store for me!! Carmen Azcona Posted February 6, 2017 Share Posted February 6, 2017 Congrats!!!! It is always the hardest when you can't eat at home so good for you for planning ahead! I have an event at my grandmother's coming up next weekend so I'm already trying to figure out what would be the easiest to bring or if I should eat right before and right after the event at home.
