Coconut Cream - What to do with remaining liquid?

Honestly?  Dump it.  Some people save it but the trouble to go to to save it, or freeze it or dream up some recipe to put it in is more trouble and effort than it's worth for some weird, slightly gooey tasteless liquid.

I use Trader Joe's canned coconut cream in my coffee.  I mix the liquid with the cream BEFORE putting it in the refrigerator.  That keeps it in more of a pourable state.  Though if it's cold out, I have to heat the can in a bowl of warm water to liquefy the contents first.

If you're not combining it then I'd just dump it. It has no nutritional value. It's not coconut water - just water used to soak the flesh in which then separates due to a drop in the ambient temperature.

Best definition I've read to date. moving crazy rabbitJust plain ole water to soak the flesh of the coconut.
