It can totally change how you view food and how you eat. My favorite snack now is sliced apples and almonds! (It used to be cookies.) Have you read the book It Starts with Food? If you have not, you should. I'm reading it for the 2nd time and I continue to learn why we need to eat the way we do on Whole30. What else did you get from your 30 days? I got softer skin and weight loss, of course. My husband lost enough weight that he can bend over and tie his shoes with out getting winded. He's now free of his constant upset stomach.
