Strange Ingredients in Supplements

I read in the book that you can have fish oil, vit D, magnesium and probiotics, but my supplements have a bunch of weird things that i don't know what they mean...  what about (from my Vit D which is Thorne brand) microcrystaline cellulose, hypromellose (from cellulose) capsule, Leucine, silicon dioxide, vit e; and from my B complex (calcium laurate), and from Migralief (riboflavin, magesium oxide and citrate, and coenzyme Q10, and stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and from my fish oil (Nordic Naturals brand), gelatin, glycerin.  I'm most needing to take the fish oil, migralief, vitamen D and 5-MTHF(which has the same additional ingredients as the Vit D.  Lastly - I was all set to take Natural Calm, because I've heard it's ok - but it has stevia, which i've heard is not ok.  thanks so much if you can help me here!

You would need to look those items up individually and see what they are.  As long as they're not dairy, soy, grains or sugar, you're good to go.  I can tell you tho that glycerin is a sugar (check out the sneaky sugars list in my signature below).

As for natural calm, the flavored ones have stevia, the plain one is compliant.
