aprilb
I'm in this for the long haul. My first round of Whole30 did not result in forever-life-change. Hence why the second round. I'd like to say my reintroduction has been perfect. It has not. But I am learning. And I've cracked open Food Freedom Forever once again. And I now know that CHIPS (potato, specifically) are a food without brakes in my world. Once you pop, you can't stop. This is good information to have! Somewhat disappointing but empowering at the same time!
cottagequeen
Yes, me too. Even the compliant ones! I'm only getting them for special occasions where non-compliant ones are offered and for my grandkids when they come over. Helps me be conservative, would be a bad thing to eat all the chips and not share!
MeadowLily
I think everyone knows this long, long before they start a Whole 30. Those hooks in the jaw may have started in childhood. Sugar equals approval and cheering and love.
