Kirsteen
Found this recipe while I was browsing and was thinking it might work well with ghee instead of butter? http://www.marksdailyapple.com/tomato-garlic-butter/#more-33244 I could imagine this on top of a burger, or over veg or almost anywhere
Moderators Tom Denham Posted October 24, 2012 Moderators Share Posted October 24, 2012 Ghee would work nicely. I've been on a ghee-flavor kick lately. It started with Ghee-Lemon-Basil-Dill sauce over fish and roasted green beans. Yesterday I made a Ghee-Cumin-Cilantro sauce over steamed cauliflower. jennrider
I like to put capers and lemon juice in my ghee. Going to have to try the cilantro one. Sounds fab and I have a huge bunch I'm going to have to dry soon.

Do you have a link to how to do it? I'd rather make it myself, LOL. The larger container I found is $10!

The larger container I found is $10! Not sure who said it stinks up the house. It smells like browned butter. I will post the link tomorrow. Can't do it from my phone. jennrider
I would love the link also. I'm not sure how long to simmer after it becomes clarified butter.
