I cut it up and put it in the crockpot. My go-to is always onion, garlic, jalapeño, salt, pepper, and taco seasoning. Top with chicken stock (in this care W30 compliant), and let it cook overnight.. honestly no less than 10-12 hours. It should shred up pretty awesome and can be used for anything! Super good!
