Carofit30 Posted February 12, 2017 Share Posted February 12, 2017 Six days in and overall I feel like I have more energy and I haven't had any serious cravings yet. Before I started this I would just eat whatever whenever I got hungry, now that I'm more conscious of what I need to eat, so I've been eating at the same times everyday to avoid feeling hungry/starved later. I used to eat a lot of dairy (more so than grains, beans) so I think the elimination of that is what's really contributing to my increase in energy.
