My biggest concerns are giving up soy, cheese, and my junk food while maintaining my active life. I'm a single mom with 2 boys, and a runner with a stressful but invigorating job. I've recently added fish to my diet after being a strict vegetarian for for over 20 years, so I'm committed to exploring new protein sources. Can I do that without eating chicken, turkey and beef?
