Finished Whole 30!!

Wife and I just completed Whole 30! When I first started the journey, I knew that it was going to be very difficult. We have been pretty healthy eaters before starting, but planning every meal for 30 days seemed daunting, and it was, at least for the first half. The second half went by much more smoothly as we kind of got in a groove with the program. Overall, our energy levels throughout the day are better, we are in better moods generally, less need to snack throughout the day,  and have better skin quality. One thing I was not expecting from this program was to lose weight, as I was happy with my weight previously. I lost 6 pounds on Whole 30 (160-154), which I had no clue I could do. I have also leaned up a lot more and my workouts/runs are much better quality. I definitely want to keep somewhere between 75%-80% compliance with the program because it does work! We are going to continue to plan our breakfasts and dinners.

This is a great thing to do with a partner or friend as it will help keep you focused and motivated!
