Hi all! How have the last 2 days gone for you? How are you all feeling? 

I've had a very mild headache all day, not enough to take medicine, but it's definitely there. Feeling tired, and my workout this morning felt very sluggish. I starting making some gradual changes to my diet starting  around 2/1 in anticipation of my 2/16 W30 start date, and I thought that would be enough to prevent the hangover feeling, but I still feel it! I'm a bit surprised! I'm also struggling quite a bit with figuring out the right meal sizes for me. I'm so used to having a small meal or snack every 2 hours, and trying to eat only 3 times per day is very challenging! I needed a little snack at around 6pm both days, as I can't seem to make it from my noon lunch to dinner, which is usually 7:30 or 8.
