Soph Posted February 17, 2017 Share Posted February 17, 2017 A strange date perhaps, but I'm on holiday until then and would not be able to commit. I am 22 and after stepping on the scales at a whopping 140kg know that something needs to change. Food and exercise are those things. I've tried before and quit many times, but the difference with this time is I'm doing it for me. I am committed, I will not give up. Admittedly I am nervous, doing this on my own and not telling anyone. I'm not sure what I'll eat yet, or how I'll go, but looking at these forums and slowly reading through advice I know that I can do it.
