This is my first whole30 and so far not a whole lot of bloated except today on day 12 my stomach is so bloated it hurts to touch and I don't get why because I haven't ate anything different at all. Maybe too much information but also super gassy. My meals today so far were breakfast 2 eggs, 1/2 avocado, spinach and mushrooms and a tangerine. I had a lara bar because I knew I would have a super late lunch. Lunch was chicken, peppers and onions in some olive oil and a little sweet potatoes with some cilantro. And for dinner I was planning in having homemade meatballs, mixed veggies and some olives on the side. I am not due for my period as I just finished. So I don't know what it could be. I also had a great workout and have been drinking a ton of water throughout the day. I'm not complaining but just wondering if it's normal to be looking like i have a food baby lol. Thanks!
