Guadopt1997
Does anyone know what is Whole30 compliant at Nando's peri peri?
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted February 20, 2017 Moderators Share Posted February 20, 2017 Google their ingredient list... if that's not available, call the restaurant that you want to go to and ask... it won't matter if someone says something in their area is compliant, you still need to check and ask because ingredients can change from region to region. yazp
OK I don't know about where you're living but here in South Africa the mild sauce is just: water white vinegar onion salt lemon sunflower oil spices chillis garlic xantham gum propylene glycol alginate calcium disodium EDTA And it's the same in the restaurants as on the shelves. So no sugar, looks good? Not 100% sure as I'm a newbie as well....

Certainly in the EU it's allowed in foods in MUCH lower quantities than in the US.
