caffeine and I are no longer friends

Caffeine is the thing I've struggled with "breaking free" from the most. 

The past two weeks I've switched to decaf, and the withdrawals sucked. I felt depressed, headachey and awful. The past few days however I've felt better and my anxiety has been less intense.

Yesterday I accidentally had a normal coffee. It tasted gross, gave me full on crazypants and made me stressed and anxious. Today I have no desire to have normal coffee, which to me shows that I've made some real strides with it (sat here drinking decaf)
