Guest Posted February 20, 2017 Share Posted February 20, 2017 Caffeine is the thing I've struggled with "breaking free" from the most. The past two weeks I've switched to decaf, and the withdrawals sucked. I felt depressed, headachey and awful. The past few days however I've felt better and my anxiety has been less intense. Yesterday I accidentally had a normal coffee. It tasted gross, gave me full on crazypants and made me stressed and anxious. Today I have no desire to have normal coffee, which to me shows that I've made some real strides with it (sat here drinking decaf) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
