JCB Posted February 20, 2017 Share Posted February 20, 2017 Day 15. So that's good. In some ways it seems like I have been doing this a long time and should be on Day 20 by now. But OK. The thing this week has been just leaden legs during workouts. I did Orangetheory (twice)and felt depleted in portions of it. Walk/hike in the country Saturday- nice but heavy legs. Run/walk yesterday and running doesn't feel good. yoga was easy and helpful I think, yesterday, but in the evening I had kind of a restless leg feeling with needing to stretch constantly and move around and discomfort all over the legs.
