MarcellaC
My husband and I completed our first round of Whole30 at the end of January. We're working through the reintroduction phase but we're more on a slow roll pace. We've only eaten a couple non-compliant meals. The problem is that my husband is still dropping weight and he has seconds at every meal; it's like his metabolism is through the roof. He was cleared by his doctor to stop taking cholesterol medication directly after our W30 ended, which is amazing! What can he do to regain some of his weight back without compromising the program or risk having to go back on his cholesterol meds?
