erlacher16 Posted February 23, 2017 Share Posted February 23, 2017 So I'm almost through day 2! Did anyone else start yesterday? I'm feeling anxious and excited at the same time. I've done many "diets" in the past and succeeded only to gain the weight back. This time around I'm really looking at it as a lifestyle change. Who else is loving the non-scale victory list?
