And I'm doing GREAT with food choices and following the week one meal plan, because I have no idea what I'm doing the reason I'm doing great is because I'm not hungry AT all. I forced myself to eat all three meals yesterday. But I'm feeling the "hangover" stage, so it made me feel kind of sick to force myself to eat. i know I need to eat, but do I need to force myself to eat as much as normal? Is this maybe too much fat? Are there certain foods that may help me through this part? Has anyone else felt this? I see a lot of "I'm starving" posts, but no I'm not hungry ones. Any suggestions?
