My husband, son, daughter, her fiancé and I are starting March 1st.  Meals are planned and shopping is done. I'm excited and hopeful and worried all at the same time. Two questions: first, how do I sign up for the daily email? And second, any Catholics out there....what did you do about receiving Holy Communion?

Most people just take Holy Communion. If your church offers it, you could get a gluten-free wafer as a half-measure. It's up to you, of course, but I did not find that one bite of bread & one sip of wine derailed my Whole30.

There's a pretty active thread of March 1st starters/WholeLenters here:

Feel free to join us & good luck!

Here's the link for the Daily Whole30 subscription https://daily.whole30.com/signups/new

If you google 'whole30 communion' you'll find many threads discussing this exact issue.
