bkaila01
Good morning all, I was wondering if someone could take a look at the ingredient list for this almond milk and let me know if it is approved? I didn't see anything "bad" in the list, but I am new to the program and trying to figure out what I can and cannot have. I like this in my coffee. Please help Thank you
jmcbn
This is fine, although there are definitely better options out there with less ingredients....

jmcbn
I'm not a fan of Almond Milk, but I'm also in Ireland, so unless you're in Ireland too it would be pointless me recommending brands - sorry! I hear good things about the nutpods - available on Amazon...

It has a green label...it's also really simple to make yourself if you're interested in that. Tons of tutorials on YouTube, and you don't need much! jilliebeen2003
Nutpods are amazing for putting in coffee! I've found them at a local Natural Foods market and on Amazon! Prior to starting Whole30, I was a half & half and splenda in my coffee person. The nutpods aren't sweet at all, but seriously give such an amazing flavor to coffee!
