Day 3 and I am dizzy..

So, I am on day 3 and it's going well. I follow a pretty paleo-ish type of diet in general, but am adhering to the added restrictions of the Whole30.

Today I am feeling unusually dizzy. I'm wondering if this is the lack of sugar?? Although I eat healthy, I do not monitor sugar in general, so I feel like this is the biggest dietary change for me.

Any thoughts?

It could well be your body adjusting to burning fat rather than sugar for fuel. I'd just make sure you are actually eating enough, especially protein and fats. I'd also make sure you're drinking enough. I know if I don't drink enough, I start to get a bit dizzy. Hang in there and I hope it improves for you soon.
