I have attempted three Whole 30s, completed one, and am now doing a Whole 90 starting on Saturday (March 4)! I find my greatest cravings to be around bread (ahhh bread) and sugar (like, for real). I really look forward to embracing a diet composed of whole foods again. Congrats everyone on your efforts and progress! So glad to be in community!
