rgbrobot
Hi there! I'm 31 and starting my first Whole30. A few friends have done it and seen benefits, so I'm jumping on the bandwagon! I'm a single guy living with two roommates, and want to start learning how to eat better. I've bought the cookbook as well as the WHole30 book, and i'm digesting it over the month of march to better understand the thing! if anyone has any advice, specifically on [free] apps and services that will help organize my meal plan/shopping list, etc, that'd be great! Looking forward to April!
angledge
I like Out of Milk for grocery lists. You can share lists with other users (like, say, housemates) & you can have several lists going (one for Whole Foods, one for Target, one for Walgreens, etc.). As far as meal plans, I used Real Plans for a while but I didn't think it was worth the money. I do my meal planning on an Excel spreadsheet.
