SherryLass Posted March 3, 2017 Share Posted March 3, 2017 Hello! I started the Whole 30 program on March 1st. I was nervous at first. Sugar and I have been the best of friends for decades. I didn't know if there would be a struggle. To my surprise, it wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. Being without sugar has made me more aware of why I ate so much of it to begin with. There is usually some emotion connected to it. Now, when I think about sugar, I tune in to what is happening with me emotionally and deal with it rather than head to the office candy jar.
