LookyLoo
I am prone to excruciating stomach/gas pain. In my normal life, I take a fiber supplement and often alka-seltzer. The active ingredients in my alka seltzer are compliant, but under inactive ingredients it says "flavor." That could mean a lot of things. Anyone have any insight in to what that means? I don't want to negate my progress, and long-term I hope the Whole30 fixes this problem, but as of right now I need some assistance!
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted March 5, 2017 Moderators Share Posted March 5, 2017 They have to list sugar, soy etc... so flavor is just natural or artificial flavor... go ahead...
NoMoreCrunchyCravings
Maybe your GI pains coming from something in the Standard American Diet that you're eating? I hope, as do you, that doing a Whole 30 will find you without some of these pains due to a healing gut... perhaps you won't even need the Alka Seltzer after much time at all!
