JonGADawg
I lost almost 25 pounds on my first Whole30. I have over 100 pounds to lose. Does the weight loss usually slow during the second Whole30? I am actually doing a WHole60 or a Whole90 or a Whole LIFE. Just wndering what to expect. Thanks.
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted March 6, 2017 Moderators Share Posted March 6, 2017 Nobody can really say for sure, because weight loss isn't necessarily linear and depends on more than just food (exercise, sleep, stress, other health issues that may affect you, for instance). I think 25 pounds in a month is a very high number, and would definitely not look to lose that much every month. I'd set your expectations at an average of a pound or two per week -- that's a very safe amount to lose. Occasionally you may lose a little more or a little less, but as long as the scale keeps going down, and you're feeling good, try not to worry about it.
