I Started...

I began my FIRST Whole30 journey on March 4th, almost 2 months after purchasing the Whole30 book. 

I've followed a Paleo/LC "diet" before but always fell off the wagon because I gave into temptation and didn't learn anything about habits or changing my relationship with food. Now I feel like I have a better psychological understanding about MY relationship for food and why I eat/binge the way I do which I believe will ultimately aid in my Whole30 success.

Ps- Anyone else on Day 3 and regret hating naps as a child? Oh, if I only knew back then......
