JonGADawg
I just read and LOVED It Starts With Food and that book seemed to state that it was the same material as another book written previously? Is Food Freedom Forever new material? Also, if we can't have sugar free gum or mints, what can we do to keep fresh breath on close contact with others? Thanks. NoMoreCrunchyCravings
These were the first two results that popped up on an internet search to help you: 1) http://whole30.com/2016/05/whole30-fresh-breath/ 2) Try these, and if not, do your own search - there are lots of results on Google leading to links on the forum where this has been discussed a ton. Moderators ShannonM816 Posted March 20, 2017 Moderators Share Posted March 20, 2017 For the books, It Starts With Food wasn't from a previous book, although there is the original version and a newer, revised version that came out in 2014. Here's an explanation of what changed: http://whole30.com/2014/07/iswf-updates/ The Whole30 existed before ISWF came out, and there was some kind of downloadable guide that could be purchased, but I don't think that's available anymore. Food Freedom Forever is a totally different focus, it's more about forming new habits around food long term. Some of the information in it might have been mentioned in blog posts previously, but FFF is the first time it's been put together and addressed in more depth. JonGADawg
Thanks so much Shannon. I am reading and enjoying FFF now. I finish my 2nd Whole 30 in a row and plan on continuing on with another one. Making it a Whole90. I so appreciate your support and help.

I usually get bad breath when I'm not drinking enough fluids.
