Kick the habit Posted March 7, 2017 Share Posted March 7, 2017 I have no idea why, but I am so sluggish lately! I've needed extra sleep and I've been getting it, but it never seems to be enough. Its been hard to work out too. I just feel tired all the time and have a dull headache. I still drink coffee, just black now. Anyone else in need of some energy??
