Day 1 starts in 17 minutes . . . my first goal is to get to Day #2, etc . . . I'm a pattern guy but I've been in some lousy health patterns for years and it is finally catching up to me so making some changes.  Week #3 of hitting the gym before work (yeah, 420am!), Week #2 of dramatic changes at work (staying focused and executing my daily plan), so why not get healthy, too!

There is never an ideal start time as I would procrastinate longer so I'm jumping in after reading half the book.  Time for bed, adios!
