Roses103mom Posted March 8, 2017 Share Posted March 8, 2017 My name is Rosemary. I'm 32 years old with 3 kids at home whom I homeschool. I work 5 nights per week waitressing so dinners and late night eating are tough. I'm the only one in my family doing this, but I'm committed and excited! I'm currently making a shopping list and writing a meal plan. I put in at least an hour a day at the gym, 4 to 5 days a week with a combination of cardio and weight training. While I've seen some results, I've still got a long way to go. I know my eating habits are slowing down my fat loss and contributing to how tired I often am.
