Possible Gluten Sensitivity

I finished my Whole30 at then end of February.  I never thought that the food that I was eating was making me feel bad until I did not eat them for 30 days. I realized how good I was feeling and decided that I was probably going to stay with a whole30ish food template and if something came my way I would see if it was worth it and suffer the consequences.  I have now seen the error of my ways.  I went out to dinner last night and I had numerous things that were "worth it" at the time. Now I am not so sure.  I think it is possible that gluten is really messing me up. So my real question is that I am thinking of doing a real reintroduction and wanted to know if I should do another Whole30 before reintroducing or if I could get away with a Whole7 or Whole14.
