Smiller1989 Posted March 10, 2017 Share Posted March 10, 2017 I am on day 5 of my whole 30 and tomorrow will be out most of the day plan to eat at saladworks... i know i can make whole 30 salad choices however what should i use for dressing? i usually would use apple cider vinegrette or fat free basalmic but dont know if any of the dressings are approved..? one scoop of course... TryingOver Posted March 10, 2017 Share Posted March 10, 2017 It looks like they post ingredients online and the ingredients include sugar, MSG, and soy, so the dressing would not be compliant (see below). What is really concerning is that I put in their allergen tracker online and included "soy" as an allergen and it listed this vinaigrette as okay despite having soybean oil. Could you bring your own dressing in a small container? Another option would be to omit dressing and get avocado (it adds moisture, has a creamy texture, and would count for your fat). You would also want to check how their proteins are prepared and seasoned.
