It looks like they post ingredients online and the ingredients include sugar, MSG, and soy, so the dressing would not be compliant (see below). What is really concerning is that I put in their allergen tracker online and included "soy" as an allergen and it listed this vinaigrette as okay despite having soybean oil.

Could you bring your own dressing in a small container? Another option would be to omit dressing and get avocado (it adds moisture, has a creamy texture, and would count for your fat).  You would also want to check how their proteins are prepared and seasoned.

Sub-Ingredients of Apple Cider Vinaigrette
  • Apple Juice Concentrate
  • Apples
  • Calcium Disodium EDTA
  • Elderberry Juice Concentrate
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Filtered Water
  • Garlic
  • Guar gum
  • Locust Bean Gum
  • Maltodextrin
  • Monosodium Glutamate
  • Onions
  • Red Bell Peppers
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Soybean Oil
  • Spices
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Xantham Gum
