Nlstir
Hi! Looking for a little advice with snacks. I have done tons of research but am still want to make sure I am on the right track. Would rather not look to dried fruits/nuts or "bars" unless in an absolute emergency. I am more interested in the mini-meals/snacks that may be leftovers or something I can have in the fridge handy. Is a good snack a hard boiled egg and half an avocado? Or half a sweet potato and 1 palm size full of protein - something like that? Or maybe some celery and and a palm size serving of protein salad? Any help or ideas is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted March 13, 2017 Moderators Share Posted March 13, 2017 You've got great ideas there! A mini meal is ideally protein and fat and if you can jam in some veggies, that's great, so your protein salad and celery is an excellent choice!
