lori5 Posted March 14, 2017 Share Posted March 14, 2017 Starting today. Hoping this will have a positive effect on my usually insane spring allergies... I once ate 100% raw for 6 months and had a similar cleansing and healthy feeling but it was too extreme to keep up. This sounds much more reasonable and natural. I love food and I hate being hungry or bored with food so I'm a bit nervous, and I've tried so many ways to control my eating and health over the years and have usually "fallen off the wagon", but a 30 day effort to start with sounds so much more manageable.
