How to keep my skin great when starting reintroductions?

Day 25 today, my skin is great and was also when i completed my first Whole30 last Nov.  In-between my skin deteriorated and I'm wanting to know what to pay special attention to in reintroductions with regard to keeping good skin.  Any advice?  

I see from searching the Forums for acne that care with nuts and hormonal changes are common.  I would say neither are issues currently as I've been hormonal this month(!) and as a vegetarian have been eating too many nuts and this is not causing skin problems for me (I'm reforming, but nuts man.... can't easily say no).  From It Starts with Food i see that diary might be something to watch out for or maybe the sugar?  Any advice welcome.
