I was planning to do a slow reintroduction but wasn't successful and messed up the whole reintroduction process. So I am going to do the whole30 again and do the reintroduction correctly this time. ceugley Posted March 20, 2017 Author Share Posted March 20, 2017 Day one so far so good. Had 2 cups of cooked veggies with 3 eggs for breakfast. With black coffee For lunch I had a Large mixed veggie salad with a can of tuna and olive oil and vinegar.
