Starting a New Whole30 March 20th.

So I finished my first whole30 on March 7th. I was planning to do a slow reintroduction but wasn't successful and messed up the whole reintroduction process. So I am going to do the whole30 again and do the reintroduction correctly this time. Planning on starting March 20th and keeping a log this time.

Day one so far so good.

Had  2 cups of cooked veggies with 3 eggs for breakfast. With black coffee

For lunch I had a Large mixed veggie salad with a can of tuna and olive oil and vinegar. (sad my avocado from Friday was bad), also had a small hand full of walnuts and a small apple.
