finkthewriter Posted March 15, 2017 Share Posted March 15, 2017 Yesterday was Day 30!!!!! It feels like ages ago that I didn't think I'd make it past day 10. But, I'm so proud of myself that I kept it up. But the end had to be crazy! Snowstorm, frustrated getting to work, and to top it off, my husband threw away my lunch! I had to stop and get a compliant meal and got to work a little late. But I made it!! Today is Day 31. I'm kind of nervous to re-introduce stuff, but excited also to see what works and what doesn't. What I don't want to do is go back to how I was feeling 30 days ago: sluggish, breaking out, bloated, nothing fitting when I put clothes on. I have never felt this good in my life, so I guess that's where the nervousness comes form. This was truly life-changing, and the emails each day were the best to read every morning. It was the perfect motivation for me! For my re-introduction, I'm trying out dairy again. I had half and half in my coffee.
