Stefaine's First Attempt Day 1

So my first day wasnt terrible. I did feel a bit hungry but this is a drastic change for me since I'm usually a foodie and constantly crave sugar. 

Bfast: 2 hard boiled eggs

Lunch: tuna lettuce wraps & apple

Dinner: chicken, potatoes, and veggies.  

Thankfully the rest of the week my meal prep is more creative and tastier. I swear it's all mental though because now that I know I can't have sugar I want it more than ever. Hopefully the cravings die down quickly and hopefully I don't feel as hungry the further along.
