The first time I stopped around day twenty something with some cheating along the way. There was no purposeful cheating this time, only consuming a Blueberry Muffin Larabar that I learned after was noncompliant. I have read the recommendations for introducing the off limits Whole 30 foods back into my diet, but I am scared! I'm scared that I will lose control and end up back where I was.
