For the past 3 days I've been experiencing extreme joint pain and stiffness! Today, I woke up and could hardly walk and my poor fingers look like sausages. I've read that nightshade veggies could contribute to the inflammation, so I cut those out and I've upped my water intake. Does anyone have any other suggestions that might help? Please help!!
