malamusa
Hi- I am now on Day 26 of my second Whole30 and I think I'm doing fine. My issue is fruit. I do not want to cut it out of my diet and have been continuing to eat 1-2 servings daily. I am eating them with meals or incorporated into my meals. Does this mean I am not Whole30 compliant because other than this I have not eaten a single non-compliant item nor am I snacking. I have not been on the scale but I do not feel like I lost any more weight, which is one of my goals. I do not want to go back to eating my old way, but fruit is important to me. Please advise. jmcbn
The recommendation is for 0-2 fist sized servings per day, with or as part of a meal - you're doing absolutely fine With regard to the scale, remember that this is not a weight loss diet. Some people lose weight as a side effect of switching to a whole food diet, but that is all relative to their state of health, previous diet, sleep habits, stress levels, activity levels & meal composition. What non scale victoris have you seen? Those will be good indicators of imrpovements in overall health...
