Hi, I'm Lia:)

I'm on my fifth day and it seems to be getting harder instead of easier lol. I am 17 and have an intolerance to gluten, but even after removing gluten still had symptoms so I decided to give this a go! I feel really good! But cravings are hard.. any other teens doing the whole30 right now?

So, M1 I usually have two eggs, hardboiled or fried in coconut oil, with potatoes and some fruit an Apple and an orange usually

M2 my protein is meat I try to follow the portion size of my palm , with veggies and sometimes I add an egg + salad

M3 usually leftovers from M1 and M2
