I am 17 and have an intolerance to gluten, but even after removing gluten still had symptoms so I decided to give this a go! I feel really good! Lia Posted March 27, 2017 Author Share Posted March 27, 2017 Thanks:) So, M1 I usually have two eggs, hardboiled or fried in coconut oil, with potatoes and some fruit an Apple and an orange usually M2 my protein is meat I try to follow the portion size of my palm , with veggies and sometimes I add an egg + salad M3 usually leftovers from M1 and M2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
