Susie30 Posted March 27, 2017 Share Posted March 27, 2017 Hello Group better late than never I have been on this program for 3 weeks starting week 4 and loving it. I struggled for the first week and then just did it without any problem. Love that you can go to restaurants and ask for the gluten free menu and find things to eat. I have a POLLYS PIES where a group goes and look forward to my Protein style hamburgers 1st one normal and next on had avocado and sprouts on it. Side salad with vinegarette on the side or fruit with it and totally happy. Had Albondigas soup at mexican restaurant with side salad and didn't even want the chips in front of me. Crazy how I have adapted. I want to stay on this and not go off right now I am afraid if I let stuff back in I will go back to the same way of eating. My daughter is getting married in a year so lots to work on here want to be 50 lbs down for that pics and all would be amazing benifit along with my health # 1 reason I am doing this.
