I honestly think the lack of coffee creamer, cheese, and wine will be a difficult pill to swallow all at once, but I was vegetarian for 17 years (vegan for one, haha, I do really love cheese), so I'm no stranger to navigating a "restricted" diet. I have a long history of food issues, including adolescent anorexia, and I'm so ready to shed all of that BS and move on to a healthier lifestyle. Fingers crossed!
