Tired from Dairy?

Hello, 

We ended Whole30 last wednesday. Tried homemade bread this weekend, felt a little bloated, but not terrible.

Today I am testing dairy.  Breakfast = Siggi plain whole milk yogurt and berries.  Lunch = ham, spinach, cheddar cheese and apple.

I am SOOO tired... did a quick search and saw that dairy can make you tired.  

Have any of you experienced this?  So soon (on the first day of reintro)
