Teetime Posted March 29, 2017 Share Posted March 29, 2017 Glad to join this group. I began Monday, March 27th. I am on a vengeance with this and already feel a difference. Even drinking about 1-2 cups most of coffee since I am not adding any creamer or sugar, only unsweetened 30 cal almond milk. Headaches the first two days and feeling great other than being a little shaky. I am eating breakfast, lunch, an afternoon apple & protein (no almond butter with the apple; no almond butter period), then dinner. Totally sugar free except for what comes naturally from the food. Are you adding fat to your meals? Why are you counting calories in the almond milk? We dont' count calories here... If you would like feedback, please list what you've been eating including portion sizes according to the template (oz or calories don't tell us anythign), specific veggies, protein and fats, workouts etc...
